HBC Exteriors installed approximately 330 squares (or 33,000 square feet) of GAF 80 mil TPO roofing.
TPO is a popular choice for schools and other commercial facilities because it combines durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance. The heavy-duty 80 mil membrane provides an added layer of protection for facilities that need a dependable roofing system without creating unnecessary maintenance demands.
The completed roofing scope also included:
- 24-gauge Kynar-coated coping
- Kynar-coated edge metals
- Kynar-coated trims
These components help protect vulnerable roof edges while creating a clean, finished appearance across the building.
